Yes, we offer an on-call courtesy officer for after-hours noise complaints. To request assistance, call the office number and follow the prompts to leave a voicemail with your complaint details, apartment number, and phone number. The courtesy officer will receive your message and respond as soon as possible.
Amenities
Yes, we offer corporate apartments. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
We do not offer furnished apartments, but can recommend Cort for furniture rentals.
Yes, we have a 24-hour fitness center available for resident use.
Angel Landing is home to a sparkling pool, open from 9am to 10pm.

Angel Landing has Amazon Hub lockers for delivery packages! These lockers are available 24/7 for you to pick up your packages at any time after they arrive. The Hub accepts packages from multiple carriers such as Amazon delivery, USPS, FedEx, and UPS. All package couriers are directed to use the Hub. Your package will be delivered to the Hub and you will receive a notification with a one-time pick-up code. At the Hub enter the code on the screen and the door pops open. You will receive an email with a sign-up link. Sign in with your Amazon account or sign up for a free account. Then you will be ready to pick up your packages at the Hub.

Lease
Yes. Residents must obtain and maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage during the term of their lease. If the resident has an pet, their policy must cover pets and animal bites. If the resident does not have renter’s insurance, they may contact ResidentShield, a leading insurance company that offers high quality, low cost insurance protection to residents of our community. More detailed information about ResidentShield can be found at www.residentshield.com or by calling a licensed agent at (800) 566-1186.
Residents also have the option to get coverage through a different third party provider. If a resident elects to obtain coverage from another insurance carrier, they will be required to provide the declarations page for their policy, including the name of their insurance company, the policy number, the effective and expiration dates of the policy and ensure that our property and information below is listed as an Additional Interested Party on the policy:

If we do not receive an updated Renter's Insurance Policy, the resident will be enrolled in our Master Insurance Policy and will have a recurring monthly lease charge to cover the home only. This policy does not insure your personal property within the home.
Our shortest lease terms start at 7 months.
Our lease terms range from 7 - 13 months.
Pets
No, exotic pets are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, livestock, poisonous reptiles, amphibians or fish, snakes, birds of prey, insects, arachnids, and rodents (except for hamsters, guinea pigs or gerbils.)

We allow 2 pets per household.
Our pet-friendly community offers amenities like pet waste stations to keep your furry friends happy. Our residents are also able to use the pet park located just across the street at our sister property, Angel Cove. Contact our leasing team for details on pet restrictions or additional pet-related amenities!
Parking
All uncovered parking is complimentary at Angel Landing!
Yes, Angel Landing has covered parking available. Please contact the leasing office for pricing and availability.
At Angel Landing, each resident has a complimentary, assigned parking space. Additional parking spaces are first come, first served.
At Angel Landing, we allow up to 1 vehicle per resident.
Motorcycles must be parked in regular parking spaces.
Visitor parking is located in front of the leasing office.
