The Hub accepts packages from multiple carriers such as Amazon delivery, USPS, FedEx, and UPS. All package couriers are directed to use the Hub. Your package will be delivered to the Hub and you will receive a notification with a one-time pick-up code. At the Hub enter the code on the screen and the door pops open. You will receive an email with a sign-up link. Sign in with your Amazon account or sign up for a free account. Then you will be ready to pick up your packages at the Hub.

If the resident has an pet, their policy must cover pets and animal bites. If the resident does not have renter’s insurance, they may contact ResidentShield, a leading insurance company that offers high quality, low cost insurance protection to residents of our community. Residents also have the option to get coverage through a different third party provider.
